All delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, postal service disruptions, weather, holidays, local delivery conditions, or events outside our control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery time and handling are controlled by the carrier and destination country’s postal or customs systems.

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local handling charges. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the buyer’s responsibility.

For large orders, additional shipping fees may apply depending on the total weight, package size, number of parcels, and destination country. If additional shipping fees are required, we will contact you before shipment.

Orders may be shipped in one or more parcels depending on weight, size, postal regulations, and destination.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, failure to claim the package, or other reasons not caused by De.Ellen.Shop, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees, return shipping fees, or reshipping fees.

Import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, and local handling charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
