RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.

RETURN REQUEST PERIOD

We accept return requests within 14 days after your order has been delivered.

Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- unused
- unopened
- in the same condition that you received it
- in its original packaging
- in resellable condition
- accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Because our products are stationery items, paper goods, stickers, PET stickers, and collectible journaling supplies, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, bent, folded, cut, torn, partially used, damaged by the customer, or removed from their original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- opened or used stickers
- opened or used paper goods
- bent, folded, cut, torn, or customer-damaged items
- partially used items
- sale items
- discounted items
- gift cards
- custom or personalized orders
- limited event items
- items returned without prior approval
- items that are not in resellable condition

DAMAGES, DEFECTS, OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of:

- the damaged or incorrect item
- the outer package
- the shipping label
- any visible damage to the packaging

We will review the issue and decide whether a replacement, partial refund, or refund is appropriate.

Minor color differences caused by screen settings, lighting, device display, paper texture, material finish, printing characteristics, or small production variations are not considered defects.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For returns due to change of mind, incorrect order selection, refusal of delivery, unclaimed packages, or other reasons not caused by De.Ellen.Shop, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for international returns unless the return is due to our mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or not delivered to us.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

Import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, local handling charges, and any other destination-country charges are non-refundable.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, failure to claim the package, or any other reason not caused by De.Ellen.Shop, we may deduct return shipping costs, original shipping fees, customs charges, and handling fees from any refund, where applicable.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved and completed.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This does not apply to items that have been opened, used, damaged, customized, personalized, or are otherwise not eligible for return under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
