SHIPPING POLICY

We offer international shipping to selected countries and regions.

Standard International Shipping usually takes 7–19 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer depending on the destination country, customs processing, postal service delays, holidays, weather, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local handling charges. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We cannot control or predict customs charges, customs inspection times, or local delivery processing times.

Orders may be shipped in one or more parcels depending on the total weight, package size, postal regulations, and destination country.

For large orders, additional shipping fees may apply depending on the total weight, package size, number of parcels, and destination country. If additional shipping fees are required, we will contact you before shipment.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, failure to claim the package, absence during delivery attempts, or any other reason not caused by De.Ellen.Shop, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, reshipping fee, customs charges, and any related handling fees.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

If your order is returned to us and you would like it shipped again, additional shipping fees may be required.
